Day 1 - TV

Hi everyone, it's the first day of blogathon, I'll be uploading a blog every day this week! Today I'm going to be talking about my favourite TV shows and if there's any that you would like to recommend then let me know in the comments.

Castle
Richard Castle is a writer who is looking for inspiration for a new novel and ends up riding along with Detective Kate Beckett of the NYPD. It's a fantastic crime solving show, which can go from hilarious to emotional in seconds. Well worth a watch.

The Killing
One of BBC 4's new Danish crime thrillers, The Killing is intense and dramatic with clever story lines and well written dialogues. I've never been so hooked on a show right from the first episode.

Arne Dahl

Another BBC 4 show, but Swedish this time. Arne Dahl is gripping and exciting while maintaining the witty interactions between the team of detectives. It's a thrilling series and I can't wait for it to come back next year!

CSI
DB and the gang go about solving numerous murders whilst also taking on the roles of every other law enforcement agency in America. Still really fun to watch despite the fact that CSIs don't actually do half the things that are shown in the programme.

The Big Bang Theory
What's not to like about the Big Bang Theory. It's funny, childish and just the right amount of geeky. Everyone needs to let off some steam and laugh every now and then; this is the perfect method.

They aren't the only TV shows that I watch but I obviously can't list all of them, we'd be here for weeks! Come back tomorrow for day two of my blogathon where I'll be talking about books.
